Salt Spreader

Description

Enjoy an even faster large area work-rate with this 45kg capacity salt spreader from Handy! It delivers an expansive 3.66m maximum spread-width and features a reinforced transmission that enables it to handle the extra demands on performance.

Designed with careful attention to build-quality, the Handy THSS100 blends heavy-duty stainless-steel gearing with a stainless-steel axle and frame, and a corrosion- and impact-resistant polypropylene hopper

It’s equipped with adjustable deflectors, so you can quickly switch from open-space to pathway work; and it boasts an extra-roomy 45kg hopper-capacity that combines with a generous 3.66m spread-width to confer a superb wide-area productivity.

Thanks to its substantial, wide-profile pneumatic tyres (30cm diameter), the Handy THSS100 45kg Salt Spreader is easy to propel and will stay stable when being pushed across rough or undulating terrain.

Not just for ice-melting salts, this versatile machine can also be used for the application of fertiliser through the growing-season.

Further attractive features include a hopper-screen that prevents performance-limiting clogging; and a rain-cover you can fit in order to keep on working if the weather turns against you.
